Virginia Leabough(right) is a native of Louisa County, has been a long time resident of Richmond Virginia. Virginia has over twenty plus years in management and has been extremely successful in the real estate business, working with buyers, sellers, first-time buyers and investors in the Greater Richmond area and surrounding counties including, Louisa, Chesterfield, Henrico, Hanover and Goochland.

Virginia's clients benefit greatly from her many years of extensive experience in the pre-foreclosure and foreclosure area of real estate. Virginia also has a long and established relationship with Southside Community Development Housing Corporation an organization that provides affordable housing and grant funds to those that qualify.   

Virginia obtained the level of Distinguished Achievers in her first year in the business.  Virginia continues to maintain that level of success to this day with ninety-five percent of her business becoming from referrals and repeat clients. Virginia received the Distinguished Achiever-Gold Award in Special Recognition for Outstanding Production for 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009. Virginia resides with her husband Edward and sons in Eastern Henrico. 

Patrica Diaz (left) Patrica has been a successful and dedicated real estate professional in the Richmond and surrounding counties for the past seven years.  Patrica is also very familiar with the Northern Virginia area as well.  She has spent a significant amount of time working in new construction and considers new home sales as one of her true passions.  Patrica feels that the Richmond area is an excellent place to reside and shares the enthusiasm with her clients.  She has a passion for working with the first time home buyers.  Patrica also has an established relationship with Southside Community Development Housing Corporation and Home Opportunity Made Equal that provides affordable housing and grant funds to those the qualify.

Angela Brown(Center) is a Richmond native willing to put her nine years of experience in the real estate to work for you. Angela's goal is to simplify the buying and selling process for her clients. Her background includes 18 years in the information technology field with a bachelors degree in computer information systems. Angela's interpersonal skills coupled with her technology skills makes her well rounded in workeing with buyers and sellers. She will listen to your concerns and collaborate with you to resolve these concerns. 

Angela prides herself in being a tough negotiator and will get the desired results you deserve! You can count on her proven track record and extensive foreclosure experience to go to work for you. Angela uses the latest technology to assist her clients in understanding the ever changing real estate market and to ensure prompt delivery of all communications and paperwork.

Angela puts her talent and trained eyes to work for her clients.  Angela is a dedicated mother and wife who likes to travel, spend time with family and read in her spare time.
